HEALTH AND FITNESS EXPO

• All participants MUST pick up their packets at the Health and Fitness Expo.
• There is no race day packet pick-up.
• Packets cannot be mailed to participants. A friend or family member may pick up your packet for you as long as they have the check-in pass with your information.
• Your bib number will be assigned to you when you check in at packet pick-up.

Expo hours are as follows:

Friday, November 20, 2026: 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Saturday, November 21, 2026: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Location: Arvest Convention Center
100 Civic Center, Tulsa, OK 74103

Race day packet pickup is available for an additional fee.

The Williams Route 66 Marathon is known for its iconic finisher medals—and in 2026, we’re taking things to a whole new level. As we celebrate the 100th anniversary of Route 66, this year’s medal and participant swag are designed to capture the spirit, nostalgia, and once-in-a-lifetime energy of the Mother Road.
