How can I get my family involved?

Can I walk?

Yes - you can walk in the 2K and the 5K. A minimum pace of 20 minutes per mile is recommended for the 15K. Participants must finish by noon when the roads are reopened, or complete the race on the sidewalks.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, but only in the 2K Fun Run. Both parent and child must have bib numbers visible. Please line up in the back of the participants.

I’m also doing the Williams Route 66 Marathon. Will I get anything special?

Yes! Anyone who does both the TTCU Tulsa Run and the Williams Route 66 Marathon will receive a commemorative coin to celebrate being #BetterTogether.

What to do if a parent/guardian and child are separated?

Contact a police officer or a race official at the information tent in the middle of Finish Line Fest.

Can I change races?

Race distances can be changed through the registration website. There will also be a desk at the expo where race distances can be changed. The difference in the price of the run will be charged when race distances are changed.
