The Running For Office Virtual Challenge aims to motivate participants to be physically active while providing an easy way to get involved in the 2020 election. $12 of your entry fee goes directly to America Votes, americavotes.org, an organization that supports voting rights and progressive policies in the U.S. You’ll also receive a custom face mask engineered for high output exercise and a custom branded beanie, both from the Colorado-based company BOCO Gear.

Between October 14th and November 3rd, you’ll be able to upload your results to your participant profile on our registration platform, haku. You can either manually input your results (honor system!) or sync your wearable device to automatically upload and select your results for each challenge.

Yes, you will be able to view your results and other challenge participants’ results on leaderboards for each challenge to see how you stacked up against other competitors!

Masks are in production and will begin shipping the 3rd week of September.

We hear you, you completed the fitness challenge! You’ll receive your beanie late November or early December, long before the inauguration.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time. International entrants are welcome to register, but you must provide a U.S. shipping address at the time of registration to receive the mask and beanie.

Our merchandise is 100% sustainable and made by our apparel partner Recover Brands, based in North Carolina. Men’s and unisex shirts are true to size, but women’s cuts run small. We suggest sizing up one whole size in women’s shirts (i.e. if you are usually a women’s small, opt for a women’s medium).

Beanies are for challenge participants. If there are any additional beanies at the conclusion of the event, they will be sold on a first come first, served basis.
