We meet at 6PM. Please pay attention to the locations and dates this season. We have a new Thursday night workout!
***Thursday, August 15th: *** NEW WORKOUT/Runner’s Bathroom Warmup 10 mins easy jog; dynamic stretches; Main set: 6 x 5 mins @ half marathon pace with 1-minute easy jog in between. Cooldown: easy rest of time.
Tuesday, August 20th: Balboa Park: Hills (5-6 x Powder/Zig Zag)
***Thursday, August 22nd: *** NEW WORKOUT/Runner’s Bathroom Warmup 10 mins easy jog; dynamic stretches; Main set: Continuous run; 2 times through: 1 mile @ HMP; 1 mile @ 10k pace; Cooldown: easy rest of time.
Tuesday, August 27th: Balboa Park: Hills (6 x 3-minute steady state on Bridal Trail)
***Thursday, August 29th: *** NEW WORKOUT/Runner’s Bathroom Warmup 10 mins easy jog; dynamic stretches; Main set: 1 mile at 10k pace, 1/4 mile easy; 2 miles at HMP, 1/4 mile easy; 1 mile at 10k pace; Cooldown: easy rest of time
