Parking
Race day parking is FREE. We suggest you arrive early and give yourself plenty of time to park. Try to avoid Liberty from Main to Division, and Main St. south of Washington! Suggested structures: 324 Maynard, 510 E Washington, 123 E Washington, 305 s Ashley, 115 S Fifth Ave.

Are strollers allowed?
Yes! Please line up at the back of the starting corral.
Are Pets Allowed?
As fond as we are of the K-9 Corps, we will not allow them on the course for the comfort and safety of other runners.
I was injured after registering for the race. Can I get a refund or defer until next year?
No - there will be NO refunds or deferments.
Can I transfer my registration to a friend?
You may transfer your registration to a friend via your account.
Can I wear headphones on the course?
We discourage the use of headphones.
Will the event go on rain or shine?
The event will go on rain or shine with only the possibility of delay in the event of lightning.
There is one aid station on the 5K course with water only. Feel free to bring extra fluids to carry along the course if you think you will need it!
Hot chocolate and cookies in the finish line, costumes, and photos with Turkey Tom and Santa..it is going to be an amazing morning!
Awards
Top 3 male and female across the line in the 5K. Age group awards in the 5K 3 deep in all 5 year age groups based on chip time. Awards will be handed out at 9:30AM in Liberty Plaza.
Theme Awards
Awards to the top 3 ugliest sweaters, awards to the top 3 BEST HOLIDAY THEMED COSTUME, award to top themed group of 5 or more people. Theme award judging and award ceremony will be at 8:05AM race morning at the Start/Finish line stage!
