To reset your password in your account

To view your registrations, login to your account and navigate to the Your Events tab. There you will be able to view and edit your registration.

You can enroll in auto-renewal in your account. Below are the steps:

3. Once in your Membership tab select Re-Activate Membership
   

You can cancel your auto-renewal in your account. Below are the steps:

2. Click on the Membership tab
3. Once in your Membership tab, you will see the Membership Details display on the left
4. Click Edit Membership, then select Cancel Autorenew
   

To redeem your member discount, you must be logged in to your account.

Your member discounts will automatically be applied at the payment section on the registration form. You will see the option to log in at the top of the registration form.

You can update your payment method in your membership account. Below are the steps to add or update your card.

2. Click on the Membership tab
3. Once in your Membership tab, you will see the Membership Details display on the left
4. Click Edit Membership, then select Add New Card and add or update the payment method you would like use for your membership renewal

You will receive a confirmation email once your card is charged and your membership is renewed.

You can upgrade your race category in your account. Below are the steps:

2. Click on the Your Events tab
3. Click on View Registration next to the race you want to upgrade
4. In the bottom right corner click on the arrow next to Registration Options
5. Select Switch Categories
6. Select the new category, pay the fee difference and you are all set! 

You can downgrade your race category in your account. Below are the steps:

1. Log into your membership account here: https://manage.hakuapp.com/login/south-australia-road-runners-club
2. Click on the Your Events tab
3. Click on View Registration next to the race you want to downgrade
4. In the bottom right corner click on the arrow next to Registration Options
5. Select Switch Categories
6. Select the new category, and you are all set! 

Yes you can transfer your race entry at least 4 days prior to race day. Below are the steps:

1. Log into your membership account here: https://manage.hakuapp.com/login/south-australia-road-runners-club
2. Click on the Your Events tab
3. Click on View Registration next to the race you want to upgrade
4. In the bottom right corner click on the arrow next to Registration Options
5. Select Transfer
6. Enter the new participant details
7. You pay choose to pay the transfer fee or pass it on to the new participant

Yes you can join/create a team for a race. Below are the steps:

1. Log into your membership account here: https://manage.hakuapp.com/login/south-australia-road-runners-club
2. Click on the Your Events tab
3. Click on View Registration next to the race you want to upgrade
4. On the top right corner select Join/Create team
5. Select Transfer
6. To join a team search for the team and join it. The team must be a public team for you to be able to join it
7. To create a team enter the team name and description, choose for it to be private or public

You can register to Volunteer by accessing our Volunteer page. Below are the steps:

1. Visit https://sarrc.org.au/volunteer/volunteer-lp/  
2. Click on the Event you are interested in Volunteering for
3. Available positions will be displayed
4. Click register
5. You are then directed to the registration page where you can log in if you have an existing account or you sign up for a new Haku/SARRC account
6. You will get the option to add multiple registrations if there are different positions you can fulfil where timing does not overlap.
7. Confirm the Volunteer waiver and select register
8. The registration confirmation screen will display and you will receive a confirmation of your volunteer roles and timing via email.

You can view and edit your Volunteer registration in your account. Below are the steps:

1. Log into your membership account here: https://manage.hakuapp.com/login/south-australia-road-runners-club
2. Click on the Your Events tab
3. Click on View Registration next to the Volunteer position you want to edit.
4. In the bottom right corner click on the arrow next to Registration Options
5. Select Switch Assignments
6. Select the new role and/or shift you want to change to
7. Select Switch and you are all set!
8. An updated confirmation email will be sent 

You can cancel your Volunteer registration in your account. Below are the steps:

1. Log into your membership account here: https://manage.hakuapp.com/login/south-australia-road-runners-club
2. Click on the Your Events tab
3. Click on View Registration next to the Volunteer position you want to edit.
4. In the bottom right corner click on the arrow next to Registration Options
5. Select Cancel Assignment
6. Confirm your cancellation request
7. Your registration is now cancelled
8. Please not cancellations and changes are only accepted up to 4 days prior to your shift. If you need to make changes after this time please contact the volunteer co-ordinator on volunteer@sarrc.asn.au  

To check your Volunteer shift details, you can view your registration in your account. Below are the steps:

1. Log into your membership account here: https://manage.hakuapp.com/login/south-australia-road-runners-club
2. Click on the Your Events tab
3. Your list of events and Volunteer position will display with a snapshot of details.
4. Click on View Registration next to the Volunteer position you want to view.
5. At the top of the page your assignment details are displayed.
6. Details were also emailed to you at the time of registering.

2. Once logged in, you will see your Dashboard where you can access Your Teams tab.
3. Under Your Teams, click on Edit Team.
4. Here you can enter Your Team Name and invite people to join your team by sending them an email invitation or sending them your unique registration link found in your account.
5. When sending an invitation, each person will receive a unique registration link via email, allowing them to join your relay team. To join, team members must click the ‘Join the Team’ button in the email and complete their registration.
6. Each team member must be registered to participate. Anyone who you invite and who has registered will appear under Your Team.

3. Under Your Teams, click on Edit Team.
4. Once a team member has registered for your team, as a captain, you will have the option to remove them from the team, which will cancel their registration.
