Parking
Race day parking will be at East Jackson Elementary School. Please note this is about .5 Mile from the Registration Tent at Sandhill Crane Vineyards. Leave ample time to walk to registration. There will be drop bags available at the registration tent to leave belongings there. Walz Rd will close down at 9AM for the Half Marathon. YOU WILL NEED TO BE PARKED IN THE SCHOOL LOT BY 9AM. 5K: The 5K is on all paved roads out through a beautiful tree lined neighborhood and back to The finish!
5M: The 5 Mile (Actual..... 5.22 Miles) is a loop starting on paved roads, followed by a couple of miles on dirt roads and ending with a fast stretch of pavement back to the finish!
13.1M: The Half Marathon will be on quiet country roads traveling through beautiful Waterloo Recreation Area. Much of the half marathon is on dirt roads in great condition.

Cutoffs
You have 60 minutes to complete the 5K. You have 2 hours to complete the 5 Mile. You have 3½ hours to complete the Half Marathon. You must be through 9.5 miles by 10am to continue the race.
Aid Stations
There is one water stop on the 5K and two water stops in the 5 Mile. There are multiple aid stations on the half marathon every 2-3 miles. Half Marathon aid stations have water and gatorade. Mile 8 aid station of the half marathon also has GU gel.

Post-race
Plan on hangin' out after you finish! We will be taking over the grounds at Sandhill Crane with great music, wine tasting, and the fanciest post race food to pair with it! Check out the pre-order lunch options during registration!

Every finisher earns a custom finisher medal at the finish line.
Overall awards to top 3 men and women, and age group awards that go three-deep in five year age group.
