This is more than just a race—it's a day of community, inclusivity, and joy.

The highlight of the day is the All-Abilities Walk - a time for our pediatric and adult patients to shine. We'll be cheering for our patients as they mark significant milestones in rehab on the track. Create or Join a Team to Help Kids with Disabilities

Make this year’s event even more exciting by forming or joining a team! Whether you’re participating with family, friends, or colleagues, being part of a team adds a new level of fun and camaraderie to the event. Your team can hold their own virtual fundraiser and be part of the special efforts to help pediatric rehab patients at Allied Services.

5K RUN

Test your speed at the 2024 Team Allied Services 5k. The out-and-back course starts on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton and takes runners out onto the Heritage Valley Trail. 

  • The 5K run starts at 9:00 a.m.
  • Bib pick-up begins at 8:00 a.m.
  • Race-day registration opens at 8:00 a.m.
  • Overall and age-category medals are up for grabs.
  • Walkers receive a special gift and commemorative item.
  • Timing and results provided by Scranton Running Company.
  • This is a stroller- and wheelchair-friendly course. 
  • There is no walking option for the 5k this year.
  • Team Allied Services shirts will be available for purchase.

All proceeds will support and sustain pediatric rehab programs for children with disabilities at Allied Services.

2-MILE WALK

You don't have to be a runner to be part of Team Allied Services! The NEW 2-mile walk is open to all ages and abilities.

  • The 2-mile run starts at 9:00 a.m.
  • Bib pick-up begins at 8:00 a.m.
  • Race-day registration opens at 8:00 a.m.
  • Walkers receive a special gift and commemorative item.
  • Timing and results provided by Scranton Running Company.
  • Awards for fastest male and female.
  • The out-and-back course starts on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton and takes runners out onto the Heritage Valley Trail.
  • This is a stroller- and wheelchair-friendly course. 
  • Team Allied Services shirts will be available for purchase.

ALL-ABILITIES WALK


The All-Abilities Walk, sponsored by Aon and Quantum Rehab, is specially designed for our pediatric and adult patients who work so hard in rehabilitation. We're excited to cheer them on and celebrate special milestones in their recovery or rehab.


Starting at approximately 10:00 a.m., the All-Abilities Walk celebrates movement and rehabilitation's power for people with disabilities. Participants will set their own personal goals, cheered on by their family, friends, and YOU! The All-Abilities Walk is FREE and open to everyone. The walk takes place on the track at Veterans Memorial Stadium in Scranton. 


No registration is required. However, you may register, create a team and fundraise!
