Join Baltimore Bicycling Club for their 42nd annual event! 4 days and 3 nights of cycling the flat, scenic roads of Kent County, Maryland. We're staying in the dorms of Washington College, in the historic port city of Chestertown, MD. Rides for all levels and abilities from 10-100 miles. This is a non competitive event. Evening activities every night. Select REGISTER NOW and choose registration category, your lodging is included in your registration fee, make sure you select the correct category for your preferred lodging type.

Due to college policy all riders must be 18 or over.

Single Room with shared bathroom down the hall.

Two people per room, with shared bathroom down the hall. The first person to sign up needs to create a team, and the other person needs to join the same team. Please select YES on Step 2 of registration and make your team Public to allow your roommate to join your team. Creating a team designates which 2 people are staying together in this room.
For groups of 4-7 people. The four person suites have four single rooms with two bathrooms, living room, and fridge. Seven person suites have two rooms with two beds each, and three single rooms, two bathrooms, living room, and fridge. The first person to sign up needs to create a team, and the rest then need to join the same team. Please select YES on Step 2 of registration and make your team Public to allow your roommates to join your team. Creating a team designates all people who are staying together in the suite.
Four different rides of 25 Miles to 100 Miles with Picnic rest stop. Rides start 8:00 to 10:00 AM, Picnic is from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Registration does not include lodging.

Ride Options

  • 3-4 led ride options daily, ranging from short beginner routes to century rides.
  • Over 20 additional self-guided routes are available via Ride with GPS.

Meals

  • All meals included except Saturday lunch

Special Events & Entertainment

  • Friday Night: Ice Cream Social with homemade Lockbriar ice cream and live music by Acoustic Stimulus Package (bluegrass, country, indie, folk/Irish).
  • Saturday Night: New Orleans-style dance party with The Alligators
  • Sunday Special Ride: Routes ranging from 20-40 mile, and a metric century with a catered picnic in the middle
  • Sunday Night: Trivia Night with Moore & Les, WCTR radio personalities, with great prizes!
  • Chestertown Tea Party Festival: Living history reenactments, live music, a craft festival, wacky boat races, fireworks, a beer fest, and local food. 15-minute walk from Washington College. (www.chestertownteaparty.org)

Cancellation Policy

Until March 31: Full refund minus a 10% service fee.

April 1- May 1: Full refund minus $60 and 10% service fee.

After May 1: No refunds

BBC Members

BBC members will receive an email from the club with a discount code. If you are a member and did not receive the email from the BBC, send an email to chestertownweekend@baltobikeclub.org and we will send you the code. You must have the code before you register to get the discount.
