Application Process

As parents of dancers, we recognize the financial commitment that a
qual
ity dance education requires. Miami Dance Foundation Inc. works to
alleviate the financial burden that dancers and families may experience.

As a growing foundation, we are working towards assisting with additional costs associated with being part of a competitive dance team. At this time, we are unable to provide funding for studio tuition or studio fees.  We can however cover other smaller costs such as competition fees, convention fees, costumes and other one time fees.  The application will have a list of qualifying fees.

Please choose between the Financial Aid Grant where income limits apply or the Student Hardship Assistance Grant that takes into account a change in financial circumstances.

See below for an overview of the application process.
