• NAMI - Chippewa Valley: The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Chippewa Valley has a mission to provide education, support and advocacy for individuals living with mental illness and their families. They advocate for families, friends, and persons affected by or with major mental illness in the community, in treatment settings, armed services, and in jail. They educate the community about major mental illness in order to promote understanding and help remove associated stigma and discrimination. They work for funding of research, housing, and improvement of treatment modalities for persons with major mental illness.
• NorthLakes Community Clinic is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center that operates 20 clinics in 19 communities throughout 13 counties in Wisconsin. They provide a variety of services based on the needs of the communities that we serve, including primary Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health. All people are welcome to receive care regardless of their insurance status and ability to pay. They aim to fill the gaps in healthcare and fulfill our vision of healthy, prosperous, engaged communities where everyone thrives.
• Trinity Equestrian Center serves youth, families navigating the dementia journey, veterans, first responders, and individuals with varying abilities through connection-centered programs, with and without horses, supporting growth, resilience, and wellbeing in the Eau Claire community and beyond. Their mission is to change lives through connection, transforming struggles into strengths. For 24 years, Trinity has walked alongside individuals and families facing anxiety, trauma, behavioral challenges, cognitive decline, life transitions, and the invisible weight carried by those in service professions. They provide individualized, goal-driven programming that strengthens emotional regulation, confidence, communication, independence, dignity, and purpose.
