Join San Diego’s most inclusive running program!     Whether you’re new to running, getting back into shape, or simply want a fun, supportive group to train with, the SDTC 5K/10K Training Program offers structure, connection, and encouragement—without the pressure of marathon training.

  • Weekly group runs: Enjoy a mix of social runs and structured workouts.

  • Goal races: Participate in local 5Ks, 10Ks, or SDTC events to celebrate your progress.
