- Bidder must be 18 years of age or older
- Winner and guest may not wear opposing team colors or paraphernalia
- Game time subject to change based on NFL Flex Scheduling
- Winner and guest may not be under the influence of alcohol
- Exact seat location to be determined by EAF
- Item is non-transferable and must be used by the winning party
- Eagles Autism Foundation reserves the right to change the closing time for each item
- Any item with a date or choice of dates specified is only available on the date(s) mentioned. Winner cannot change the date(s)
