Restrictions:

- Bidder must be 18 years of age or older.

- Guest must be 16 years of age or older.

- For participation in a Peloton Cycling class, all participants must be: (1) Between 4′11″ and 6′5″; (2) Under 297 pounds; and (3) At least 16 years old.

- For every Peloton class, the parent or legal guardian of each minor participant must: (1) sign a waiver and (2) be present either in the same studio as the minor participant or in the main lobby area.

- Parents and legal guardians are not permitted to leave the premises of Peloton Studios, New York or to participate in a different studio class from the minor participant.

- Minors under the age of 16 should be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and should not be left unattended when in any Peloton Studio space.

- Minors over the age of 16 are welcome to wait in areas open to the public in the Peloton Studio.

- Item is non-transferable and must be used by winning party.

- Winner and guest may not be under the influence of alcohol.

- Winner and guest must be able to transport themselves to Peloton Studios at 370 10th Ave, New York, NY 10001 at least forty-five (45) minutes before the class time.

- Any item with a date or choice of dates specified is only available on the date(s) mentioned. Winner cannot change dates.

- Eagles Autism Foundation reserves the right to change the closing time for each item.

- Player subject to change.

- Bidder must comply with Official Auction Rules, found on the left panel.

- If winner’s guest is a minor, winner must be the parent or legal guardian of such guest.

- Experience will be scheduled to take place on a weekday. Weekend dates are not available.

- Winner may receive limited notice of scheduled date given nature of team’s scheduling process.

- Winner and guest must sign a waiver and release of liability to participate in the experience.

- In addition, winner and guests must comply with all rules and policies of Philadelphia Eagles and Peloton Studios (if applicable).
