Marathon PERSONAL BEST Training Plans

Are you ready to step up your training for the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon?

Coach Matt Ebersole has worked with thousands of runners of all abilities and aspirations to help them run their first or best half and full marathons, win the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon, qualify for the Boston Marathon, and qualify for the Olympic Trials. Matt’s coaching can help you get faster, pursue new challenges, or simply have more fun running. 


Our Marathon PERSONAL BEST Training Plans include:

  • Scientifically sound and performance-proven workouts created by Coach Matt Ebersole

  • TrainingPeaks software as the interface for workouts

  • Weekly videos posted to help explain the upcoming training week

  • Access to additional videos addressing broader training and racing issues with deeper explanations


The 18-week Marathon PERSONAL BEST Training Plan is $40 and kicks off in early July, but you can join at any time.

After you purchase your PERSONAL BEST Training Plan, you will receive a private link to set up your TrainingPeaks account. Your plans will be posted on your free TrainingPeaks account to give you workout details on a training log platform. 


Coach Ebersole will explain the “how” and “why” for each workout in the weekly videos. Additional instructional videos will be posted along the way on other topics of interest.
