Sea to Summit 2022

The Sea to Summit is not your traditional triathlon. This is an amazing day -- combining the core elements of triathlon with the challenges of an adventure race. The largely self-supported event consists of a 1.5 mile swim, a 92-96 bike ride (depending on course variations) and a strenuous 5.5 mile run/climb up the tallest -- and deadliest -- mountain in the Northeast U.S. The 2022 race starts at 5:15 am on Saturday, July 23 on the shores of Maine’s Salmon Falls tidal river, and ends a mile high atop Mt. Washington in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. You'll be ready for that turkey dinner.
