Niantic Bay Triathlon

The Niantic Bay Triathlon is a flat, sprint distance race with a 1/2-mile swim in Niantic Bay, an ocean bay with no waves or strong currents, a 12-mile bike loop through scenic East Lyme with water views and shaded streets, and 3.5-mile run through the beach community of Niantic; with a spectacular a beach finish. The entire race is at sea level.
