Terms & Conditions: Start Shuttle tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Times cannot be changed once booked. Ticket grants one person a transfer from the chosen location and time to the designated Burj2Burj start drop-off area. If you miss your designated time, you can join the next shuttle (if available) if there is space. This is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Start Shuttle tickets do not include a return transfer. Start Shuttles are available for purchase until 31 Jan 2026 or until capacity is reached.
