Running Industry Women’s Leadership Alliance, Inc. is a Florida-based nonprofit dedicated to educating and mentoring young women about the running industry, while empowering them as leaders in their communities. It also unites current female industry leaders to foster ongoing education, leadership development, and mentorship.
